What ascension means here
Ascension names the model’s broader movement toward fuller participation in Truth, covenantal relationship, and divine life through Christ. It is more than feeling elevated, gaining influence, or becoming more efficient. The same person becomes capable of fuller participation without absorbing or owning others.
This chapter connects the current Nine Laws with the supporting Nine R’s. It does not invent an additional ratified numbered architecture. The R’s remain a provisional account of how transformation is lived.
The hinge: consecration and covenant
The Five can refine capacity without an active Consecrate step. The Nine introduce the direction of that capacity before Continue. Consecration offers the work to God and to others’ good; authorized Covenants give continuing form to promises, obligations, and allegiance.
These are related but distinct. Serving a meal can illustrate consecrated purpose, but does not privately create a covenant, establish someone else’s obligation, or purchase exaltation.
The Nine R’s of lived transformation
Repent, Receive, Resonate, Redeem, Rise, Return, Reunite, Refine, Radiate. Read these as connected functions, not spiritual ranks or a mandatory one-pass ladder. Grace can awaken Repent; Receive is discerning openness; Resonate concerns truthful correspondence; Redeem concerns renewed possibility through Christ.
Rise concerns capacity and faithful responsibility. Return includes both coming back after rupture and bringing developed gifts toward ancestors, posterity, and other people. Reunite requires differentiated, willing participation. Refine continues examination; Radiate expresses what is being embodied through creation, service, and relationship.
The spiral and the axis
A spiral illustrates returning to familiar questions with changed capacity. The Christic Axis names the reference toward which participation is oriented. Geometry helps a reader picture recursion and direction; it does not prove a mechanism between dimensions.
No emotion, numerical pattern, or diagram can establish a person’s spiritual rank. Nor does recurrence mean endless moral deficiency: the model retains eventual perfection through Christ and continuing creation beyond local culmination.
Readiness, passage, and integration
Culminate, Cross, and Converge distinguish three functions: maturity sufficient for a transition, actual entry into changed participation, and coherent integration that opens further possibility.
The model also proposes wider realm and visibility relationships. Those are treated as metaphysical hypotheses rather than inferred from every ordinary transition. Shared perception, resurrection, judgment, and exaltation remain different concepts.
The fruit returns outward
A teacher’s developing understanding can become another person’s opportunity. A family can preserve gifts without controlling descendants. A community can welcome different capacities while remaining accountable to truth. These illustrate outward Return.
Ascension becomes thin when it is presented only as private advancement. Charity, service, beauty, joy, and shared creation give content to what the person is becoming capable of doing.
New encounters can deepen every relationship. Grace can participate throughout.
