Free questions are used first, followed by an active study day, membership allowance, then extra question packs. Paid package daily caps apply in addition to a maximum of 100 total AI questions per account per UTC day, 6 requests per minute, and one answer at a time. A study day lasts 24 hours from activation and includes 60 questions total. Study days cannot overlap. Shared service and temporary capacity limits also apply.
Membership questions do not roll over. Question packs and unactivated study days expire one year after purchase. Monthly and annual memberships renew until canceled; cancel future renewal through Manage billing. Access continues through the paid period. One-time packs and passes never renew.
Your work stays yours to access
Expiration, cancellation, or a failed renewal never locks your notes, projects, conversations, or downloads. You automatically continue on the free plan. Writing notes and downloading work use no AI allowance. All accounts have the same storage limits: 100 projects, 2,000 notes, and 500 conversations with up to 100 messages each.
